Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Multi-Skilled Technician with a minimum of five years' proven experience within the construction and maintenance industry. The successful candidate will possess a strong all-round skill set, including, but not limited to, Carpentry, Plastering, Painting and Decorating, and General Building Maintenance.

The ideal applicant will be capable of working independently as well as part of a team and must be willing to undertake a varied workload across a range of projects. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship are essential.

Due to the nature of our work and client base, the successful candidate will be required to undergo security clearance checks. any information provided as part of this process will be handled and processed in the strictest confidence.

Duties

· Work is varied to include Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting and Decorating, Plastering and more.

· Understand and carry out site preparation and work to the scope of works provided.

· Collaborate with other tradespeople and ideally be multiskilled to suit various tasks we do within our portfoilio.

· Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

· Cooperate with the company and co-workers to help everyone meet their legal requirements and stay safe in the workplace.

The Candidate

· Proven experience in 1 or more trades.

· MOD clearance is essential or be able to obtain.

. Highly desirable to have a VIVO clearance card

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

environment.

· Be highly competent.

· Have a positive, can-do attitude.

· Have exceptional customer service skills.

· Hold a full UK driving licence.

· Ideally multiskilled across other general trades or be prepared to learn within our team
