  • Managing local channels (including our intranet, global all hands, digital signage platforms, etc) to ensure the right people get the right information at the right time in the right way
  • Acting as a trusted partner to local senior leaders (ExCo and SLC) to ensure global and local IC needs are met as required to deliver on set objectives
  • Content creation: Content creation, including sourcing and publication of news for global/local channels, and research and development of communications materials (presentations, videos, etc) as needed for leaders and stakeholders
  • Insight and advice: Use insight to become a trusted, critical friend and communications coach to local leaders to advise on future message delivery and strategic direction
  • Budget management: Managing local budgets associated with activities, partnering with the business where needed to get the best value for JET

What will you bring to the team?

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with experience of advising and influencing people at all levels of an organisation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong project management and decision-making abilities, with cool head in a crisis
  • Strong team player with self-starting capabilities who can work in groups or alone to drive results
