Early Career Teacher (ECT) – KS1 or KS2

Simply Education is working in partnership with a supportive primary school in Northamptonshire to recruit an Early Career Teacher (ECT) for a permanent teaching position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated ECT to begin their teaching career within a nurturing school environment that offers excellent mentoring, support, and professional development.

The Role:

  • Full-time, permanent teaching position
  • Teaching within KS1 or KS2
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Monitoring and assessing pupil progress
  • Building strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or completing a recognised ITT programme
  • Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
  • Passion for teaching and learning
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Commitment to professional development
