We want you to join our fantastic Helpdesk Administration Team.

This is a full time position.

Ashley & McDonough are a Compliance business working in homes completing servicing and repair visits. You will be dealing with residents arranging appointments, scheduling workload, organising parts for repairs, uploading certificates and updating clients with performance information.

You will fit right in if you have:

  • Excellent communication skills within a customer-facing environment.
  • Able to deliver excellent customer service
  • Be an organised administrator who can prioritise, plan work, and be able to work independently
  • Be a team player.
  • Important - IT literate- especially Microsoft, and experience of scheduling administration required.
