As part of our EMEIA Sales Technology Platforms & Insights team, you will be responsible for implementing tools and processes that empower our Consumer Channel Sales teams, helping them drive sales and improve the partner experience across the region.

The EMEIA Consumer Channel Sales Product Manager will be responsible for deeply understanding the needs of our internal Consumer Channel Sales teams and delivering solutions that enhance their effectiveness. This role will focus on building and refining solutions in key process areas such as account planning, consumer channel reporting, and digital sales tools.

This role demands building a strong network to influence global roadmaps and looking for ways to harmonize processes across Apple. Partner with key business stakeholders, particularly Consumer Channel Sales leadership and teams, to organise workshops, map processes, and determine requirements.
Lead the design and implementation of intuitive reporting and dashboard solutions, translating complex data into actionable insights for our sales teams.
Set and define business priorities based on an in-depth understanding of business needs, problems, and objectives.
Manage complex, multi-track product development projects with timely execution in line with global milestones.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional project and leadership teams, having the ability to build strong relationships and influence others to advocate for regional needs as required.
Detail-oriented, and capable of strategic thinking.
Tackle diverse tasks, regardless of size, with a proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
Demonstrate a passion for improving sales team effectiveness and partner experience, leveraging Apple’s technology platforms and emerging technologies like AI to deliver maximum value for our sales organization.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a regional team influencing worldwide initiatives.
Experience in a sales operations, sales enablement, or a similar role supporting sales teams.
Familiarity with the application of AI/ML concepts to solve business problems.
Experience in design thinking methodologies.
Salesforce Platform experience, including a working knowledge of Salesforce and its reporting/dashboard capabilities, is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience in product management, deploying enterprise-grade systems at scale.
Demonstrable experience of defining product strategy and roadmaps.
Proven experience in defining requirements for data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
Proficient in business analysis and process improvement.
Ability to approach projects analytically; experience of making data-driven decisions is required.
Experience in agile and waterfall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
