  • Partner with Sales team to drive demand generation, lead quality, and conversion.
  • Decide where to invest (channels, content, markets, tools) to maximise return.
  • Ensure marketing activity supports both short-term performance and long-term brand building.

Team and capability:

  • Lead and develop a blended team of in-house marketers, freelancers, and specialist agencies.
  • Design the right team structure and capabilities as the Group grows.
  • Continue to build on the high-performing content and campaign engine we’ve put in place that serves our multiple Group businesses as they grow.
  • Set high standards for processes and ways of working across marketing.

Brand and communications:

  • Own brand consistency, tone of voice, and quality across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee content strategy, campaigns, PR, events, and communications.
  • Ensure marketing output reflects the ambition and credibility of the Group.

Performance and governance:

  • Own and manage marketing budgets at Group level.
  • Track performance, ROI, and effectiveness across channels and businesses.
  • Report clearly on results, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Continuously improve through testing, learning, and optimisation.

About You

We are looking for a senior marketer who combines strategic thinking with commercial instinct and strong leadership.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role (Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, or equivalent).
  • Experience operating in complex, multi-brand or B2B / eCommerce environments.
  • Strong understanding of brand, demand generation, and performance marketing.
  • Track record of owning strategy and delivering growth outcomes.
  • Experience building and leading teams, agencies, and partners.
  • Commercially astute, confident working with revenue targets and leadership teams.

  • Credible and confident working at leadership level.
  • Collaborative, pragmatic, and low ego.
  • Able to balance long-term thinking with short term delivery.
  • Motivated by building something meaningful and scalable.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary (DOE).
  • Hybrid working – 2–3 days per week in our Paddock Wood office.
  • A senior role with real influence across a growing Group.
