Full job description

A well-established printing services company are looking for a hands on and quality driven Production Operative to join their friendly team.

Hours

Alternating Shift £28,000

· Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm

· Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm

Responsibilities

· Prioritising work based on the Production schedule to ensure products are completed and

ready to be passed to the next team in the production process on time and to specification

· Ensuring products are of a high quality by undertaking thorough inspections and reporting

· Packing materials to their different specifications where applicable.

· Continuous Improvement and HS&E in line with ISO 14001 requirements

Requirements

· Previous experience leading in a manufacturing or production environment

· Experience in Print production or sign-making highly desirable

· Good organisation skills and the ability to thrive in pressurised environments

· Excellent attention to detail and a record of maintaining high quality standards

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

. Highly motivated with a high level of initiative; able to work independently

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
