Description

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to support our ambitious growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine recruitment administration with proactive sourcing and vacancy management in a collaborative, future-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end administrative support for recruitment processes.
Post and manage job adverts across multiple platforms.
Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Coordinate interviews and maintain excellent candidate experience.
Keep our applicant tracking system accurate and up to date.
Assist with recruitment projects as required.

Key Requirements

Previous experience in recruitment administration or similar.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS systems is desirable.
