Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional support? Join our Recruitment Centre of Excellence team as a Recruitment Administrator and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process across our organisation.

This is a full time permanent role with and we are looking for someone to be based within an hours commute of our head office in Widnes as you will need to attend the office at least once a week with occasional fully expensed regional or national travel as and when required.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

As a Recruitment Administrator, you’ll provide vital administrative and communication support to the recruitment team. You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks, from managing recruitment mailboxes and handling candidate queries to supporting compliance checks and referral schemes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and customer service are paramount.
Day to Day (list not exhaustive see attached job description)
  • Act as the first point of contact for recruitment queries via email and telephone.
  • Manage and respond to emails within recruitment mailboxes promptly and professionally.
  • Support key initiatives such as the Recommend a Friend scheme and We Miss You campaigns.
  • Conduct candidate pre-screening and assist with compliance checks for new starters.
  • Maintain and quality-check data on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Eploy.
  • Prepare reports, update spreadsheets, and assist with ad-hoc recruitment projects.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and data management regulations.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities for efficiency.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in recruitment or administration (desired).
  • Experience with high-volume data entry and working with databases (desired).
  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Highly organised with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Understanding of data protection and GDPR requirements.
