Implementation Project Coordinator

£26,000 - 30,000

We are looking for an Implementation Project Coordinator to support the delivery of factory management software to manufacturing customers. You will work alongside senior technical staff to help plan, coordinate, and deliver software rollouts across multiple factory sites.

This role is ideal for someone with early project management experience who wants to grow their career in software implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate software implementation projects from start to go-live
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, and task trackers
  • Liaise with internal teams and customer site contacts
  • Organise and support project meetings and action tracking
  • Track risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate when required
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and go-live preparation
  • Produce regular project status updates
  • Assist with improving and standardising rollout processes

Requirements

Essential:

  • Experience in a project coordination, PMO, or junior project management role
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Comfortable using project or task management tools
  • Willingness to travel to customer factory sites
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

  • Experience with software or IT projects
  • Manufacturing or industrial environment exposure
  • Familiarity with UAT or system testing support
