**Job Overview:**

Due to expansion, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organised project Coordinator to join our team. The project Coordinator will be responsible for managing clerical and administrative duties in all our various telecom projects. The ideal candidate should have strong data entry skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and possess excellent phone etiquette. Work from home until a suitable office space is acquired

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency

- Utilise Microsoft Office to create and maintain documents

- Provide clerical support such as filing, scanning, and organising paperwork

- Assist in administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and managing office supplies

- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy

- Maintain client relationships and organisation

- Utilise computerised systems for record-keeping

- Support the team with various office-related tasks

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in a similar role or willing to learn with a focus on organisational skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus

- Ability to multitask and prioritised tasks effectively
