Full job description

Your position as a Project Manager on the People & Culture (P&C) team at Booksy will give you the opportunity to bring structure, accountability, and a human touch to high-impact projects that shape our global team experience. Reporting to the Director of Communications, you’ll help our P&C Leadership team break down silos and apply our resources with intention, ensuring our strategic goals are met across our centers of excellence.

You’ll be excited by the prospect of maintaining the P&C Roadmap and leading our Business Reviews, where you will facilitate status meetings and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will manage planning and budget processes, reporting within the team and to stakeholders beyond, and keep our global initiatives on course. This isn't just about managing tasks; it’s about having an eye for the larger picture and helping our P&C team thrive as we scale.

Requirements

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role, you’re going to need:

  • A proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
  • Familiarity with project management and communication tools, specifically Asana and Slack.
  • Experience within a pre-IPO, scale-up or start-up company is preferred
  • Experience managing budgets and a structured, detail-oriented approach to delivery.
  • The ability to context-switch quickly and juggle multiple timelines independently.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of expertise.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset—you anticipate blockers and solve them before they become problems.
  • Experience within a global People & Culture team would be desirable too.

A career at Booksy means you're part of a global team focused on helping people around the world feel great about themselves, every day. However, if you're a driven self-starter with the motivation to grow your career in an environment that's rapidly changing as we scale-up globally, then the chances are that you'll love it at Booksy.

How AI helps us find great people

Think of our AI tool as a really smart assistant for our recruitment team. Its job? To help us move faster, stay consistent, and make sure no great candidates are overlooked. Every application goes through the same AI review to help us spot skills that match the role - but don’t worry, AI never makes the decisions. Real people do. Our recruiters and hiring managers handle every final call. And we regularly review how the tool is used to keep things fair, ethical, and compliant with data protection laws. Curious about how it works? You can always ask how AI was used in your application - it won’t affect your chances in any way.

If you have questions, just drop us a note - we’re happy to explain more.
