Facade Project Manager - Manchester, UK

Direct role with T&D Glazing and Installation Limited

T&D Glazing and Installation Limited is hiring:

1 x Facade Project Manager

Location:

Manchester, UK

Sector:

Facade installation, cladding, glazing, curtain walling / unitised systems

Experience:

3+ years’ relevant project management experience within the facade side of the construction industry, preferably on mid- to high-rise buildings.

Salary:

From £80,000 per year, open to discussion depending on experience.

We are a UK facade installation company, not a recruitment agency. You would work directly for our company, not through an agency.

The role:

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of facade project delivery from start to finish, including:

  • programme
  • site teams
  • drawings and technical information
  • materials and procurement follow-up
  • site logistics
  • quality
  • health & safety
  • client communication
  • coordination with supervisors, site managers, QS/commercial team and installers

The right person should be able to plan ahead, organise the site team, chase materials and information, deal with day-to-day site issues and keep the project moving properly.

We are planning ahead and building our management team to meet our increasing project requirements in London.
