Your role
In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required
  • Highly experience management consultant with at least 15+ years of experience in managing projects and working in multi-vendor environment.
  • Experience working in the Engineering and AI industry.
  • Experience in Adobe AEM
  • Strong understanding of large clients online and digital ecosystem, with recent experience working with multi-national organizations and the deployment of content management systems
  • Able to quickly establish credibility with senior and executive stakeholders, with strong client and stakeholder management experience.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Ability to drive organizational success by offering customized solutions targeting specific organizational needs.
  • Leading and delivering large-scale global business, transformations, with experience across the full lifecycle from proof of concept, design, build, test, and migration, to operational realisation.
  • Highly experienced leading and working with geographically dispersed and cross-functional teams.
  • Experienced in providing team feedback with the competency to provide direction to team members.
  • Experienced in writing RFPs solutions and presentations during client visits, and identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and developing proposals to secure new projects.
  • Developing innovative and tailored solutions to meet client challenges, working in collaboration with client stakeholders.
  • End to end Project Delivery leadership – including complex Project planning, risk and issue management, process development and demand/change request management.
  • Up to date understanding of Project delivery tooling and approaches.
  • Regular status reporting and presentations to senior stakeholders as well as internal teams.
  • Creative thinking in implementing Service improvements (automation, incident reduction, etc.).
  • Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies, scale up quickly and adapt to different roles as the situation demands.
  • Experience working in the Engineering and AI industry.
  • Strong understanding of large clients online and digital ecosystem, with recent experience working with multi-national organizations and the deployment of content management systems (Adobe AEM experience preferred).
