About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of delivering a portfolio of projects across multiple business areas—from Operations to IT—ensuring they meet cost, quality, and time objectives. You’ll play a key role in driving business benefits, managing complexity, and leading a team of Project Managers to deliver against our transformation goals. This is a role for someone who thrives on challenge, collaboration, and making things happen.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver strategic projects within agreed cost, quality, and time parameters.
  • Produce and monitor detailed plans, documentation, and reporting in line with our Change Framework.
  • Manage project financials and ensure benefits realisation against business targets.
  • Influence and challenge stakeholders to shape business cases and prioritise initiatives.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Project Managers to achieve exceptional results.
