Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio in Croydon and around London. The role involves day-to-day property management, tenant and landlord liaison, compliance, and coordination of maintenance works.

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who is organised, professional, and confident managing multiple properties.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties
  • Acting as the main point of contact for tenants and landlords
  • Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and contractor access
  • Managing check-ins, check-outs inventories
  • Ensuring compliance with UK housing legislation and safety requirements
  • Keeping accurate property and compliance records

Requirements

  • Previous experience in residential property management (essential)
  • Good knowledge of UK lettings and property legislation
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
  • Confident liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors, and councils
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems
  • Full right to work in the UK
