We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio in Croydon and around London. The role involves day-to-day property management, tenant and landlord liaison, compliance, and coordination of maintenance works.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who is organised, professional, and confident managing multiple properties.
Key responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Acting as the main point of contact for tenants and landlords
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and contractor access
- Managing check-ins, check-outs inventories
- Ensuring compliance with UK housing legislation and safety requirements
- Keeping accurate property and compliance records
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential property management (essential)
- Good knowledge of UK lettings and property legislation
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
- Confident liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors, and councils
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems
- Full right to work in the UK

- Experience managing blocks or mixed-use buildings
