Property Lettings & Management Assistant-

Position: Lettings & Property Management Assistant – Internship (Vauxhall / London)
Salary / Benefits: Competitive stipend + Oyster card (Zones 1-3)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 18:00
Contract type: 6-month internship (with possibility of a permanent position for a successful candidate)

The role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the A-Z of commercial property, covering lettings, tenant relations, operations, and marketing.

You will play an integral part in facilitating our mission to create vibrant, accessible workspace communities across London and have considerable freedom, after a short probation period to demonstrate your entrepreneurial flair.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial lettings & tenant relations: showing studio/workspace units to enquiries; marketing vacant spaces; managing and closing prospective tenants by phone and email; negotiating terms, preparing tenancy agreements; negotiating terms.
  • Marketing & communications: managing our social media channels; contributing to website content, blog posts, LinkedIn updates and news articles; and supporting design and content decisions; creative closing of opportunities.
  • Property operations & maintenance: liaising with external contractors; coordinating maintenance schedules; communicating with existing tenants across day to day matters of all the buildings elements.

This exciting opportunity is fast paced and will only suit someone that is highly driven and motivated, wishing to learn and prosper across financial decision making, creative researching of opportunities, sales, marketing and property project management.

Reporting directly to the portfolio manager, you will have the opportunity to learn, with significant support in the role and regular access to the wider team, including the founders of the business.

  • Eager to work in a dynamic, start-up style environment — flexible and ready to get “stuck in.”
