Summary

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team in the UK. Based in just outside of EDINBURGH, this role is vital in driving our social media presence and ensuring our campaigns reach a broad audience. Your work will help us foster community engagement and elevate our brand visibility.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms.
  • Manage daily content creation and scheduling to maintain active online engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and foster community interaction.
  • Work with our CMO to develop our Paid media Strategy - and assist in our spending of over £400k PCM, over all social platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align social media campaigns with overall brand goals.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and platform features.
  • Build positive relationships with followers, partners, and influencers.
  • You will also have some day-to-day admin tasks, like ordering prizes for winners and helping with the winner handover of prizes.
  • You will be expected to appear in some videos as well as help create some Lo-Fi content.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content.
  • Ability to analyse data and generate insights for campaign improvement.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for online community building.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of public relations principles is a plus.
