Full job description

A pupil referral unit in Southwark is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join their lovely team in immediately.

The school is small and welcoming. The aim of the school is to change the lives of children through education. The school offers an education to students from KS2 to KS5 who have been excluded from mainstream school.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting students in developing healthier thought patterns and behaviours.
  • Analysing student’s behavioral patterns to assist correctly with educational support.
  • Working on a 121 and intervention group basis supporting students

To apply you must have:

  • A valid DBS
  • Previous experience working as a Behaviour Mentor or a similar position
  • Demonstrable experience as a Mentor.
  • Familiarity with sound mentorship practices
