QSR Franchise Operations Support Coach – Nationwide Fast Food Chain - Dallas Chicken – Part-time and/or Full Time

All divisions of our head office work closely with one another to maximise the attention and support that our customers and franchisees require and deserve. Over the years, Dallas has also built strong connections and partnerships with third party trade partners, who have supported the growth and expansion of Dallas.

To this day, Franchise inquiries continue to come into our office on a weekly basis. The team possesses collectively over 50 years of experience within the ever-increasing Fast Food Market. The Opportunity:

Dallas Chicken & Pizza, a Nationwide fast-food franchise, are recruiting for a Franchise Operations Support Coach from their base in Morden, London, SM4. You will be directly reporting to the Operations Director/Managing Director.

This role will suit someone seeking a challenge who is a critical thinker, trouble shooter and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a very fast paced environment.

The opportunity will suit an existing store manager, area manager, training manager or multi site manager within the QSR Chicken Industry.

Typical day-to-day tasks will involve but not limited to:

• Operational Guidance: Provide ongoing, practical, and hands-on support for day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of service are consistently met across all franchise outlets.
• Performance Monitoring & Coaching: Monitor the financial and sales performance of franchised stores, using business performance tools to identify gaps and coach franchisees on implementing improvements to achieve business goals.
• Training & Development: Deliver initial and ongoing training for franchisees and their staff on all aspects of the Dallas Chicken system, including new staff training for multi-unit operators.
• Compliance & Brand Consistency: Collaborate with franchisees to ensure strict adherence to brand standards, operational manuals, and legal/regulatory requirements
• Strategic Planning: Work hand-in-hand with franchise partners to develop action plans for growth, focusing on both revenue and profitability, and supporting their journey from single-site to multi-site owners.
• Marketing & Promotions Support: Assist franchisees with implementing national and local marketing initiatives, offering guidance and support for grand openings and ongoing campaigns.
• Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Act as a dedicated point of contact to help franchisees navigate challenges, staying calm and solution-driven when issues arise in the fast-moving hospitality environment.

Requirements:

• Experience and familiarity in single site/multi-site management within the Chicken QSR essential.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and CRM Systems
• Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
• Ability to to analyse and stay ahead of market trends
• Ability to maximise exposure and sales for the company and its stores
• A "coach mindset" that focuses on developing people and growing potential
• Strong commercial awareness, understanding how to drive results, analyse performance data, and connect head office strategy to kitchen-floor execution.
• Strong English Language skills, verbal and written
• Critical thinking and trouble shooting skills
• Strong organisation skills
• Ability to work in a past faced environment and delivering to deadlines
