  • Strategic tailwinds – Market conditions are favourable for their particular strategy and asset enhancement projects, with a strong development pipeline in place.
  • High visibility and progression – This role reports directly to senior leadership and forms part of a lean, high-performing team, offering meaningful responsibility from day one.
  • Delivery focused – Projects are actively resourced and externally supported to ensure timely execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identifying and cultivating new AM opportunities within the portfolio,
  • Managing and delivering building refurbishment, extension and development opportunities from inception to completion,
  • Creating development appraisals and cash flow analysis to assess pipeline projects,
  • Co-ordinating and managing external advisors and consultants when implementing asset strategies,
  • Managing on site projects and appraising costs against budget to ensure our projects are delivered on programme and on budget,
  • Assisting with quarterly board reports,
  • Writing project specific board papers and recommendations for investment, and
  • Updating internal project trackers and database information.

Candidate Profile
