Agency Nursery Practitioner £16+

Flexible Supply Nursery Work with Able Staffing

Able Staffing is recruiting Supply Nursery Assistants to join our flexible agency team.

Looking for nursery work that fits around your life? Whether you’re available once a week, once a month, or more regularly, there’s no minimum or maximum commitment. Simply tell us when you’re available and we’ll look to match you with suitable shifts.

Pay Rates

  • Qualified Nursery Practitioner Level 2 & 3: £13.50 to £16.50 per hour

How Our Supply Work Works

Every Monday, you’ll let us know your availability for the following week.

By Wednesday, you’ll be able to see which shifts you have been booked for that week.

It’s completely flexible — there’s no minimum or maximum amount of work required.

Whether you want to work:

  • Once a week
  • Once a month
  • Several days a week
  • Ad hoc when you’re free
  • On a longer-term supply placement

You choose when you’re available.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Supply Nursery Assistant with Able Staffing, your role is simply to support the nursery setting and its team.

There are no key children, observations or individual planning responsibilities.

You’ll provide additional support where needed, work alongside the nursery team and help ensure the day runs smoothly.
