About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Housekeeping Operations Assistant to help ensure our serviced accommodation portfolio is maintained to the highest standard.

This role involves inspecting completed housekeeping work, preparing properties for guest arrivals, identifying maintenance issues, and ensuring every property meets our quality standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out daily inspections of serviced accommodation properties to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet company standards.
  • Check rooms and apartments are fully prepared for guest arrivals.
  • Identify and report maintenance issues or damage promptly.
  • Ensure housekeeping teams are meeting quality expectations.
  • Record inspection outcomes accurately using company systems.
  • Replenish consumables and report stock shortages where required.
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance and management teams.
  • Prioritise workload to ensure all scheduled inspections are completed efficiently.
  • Assist with operational tasks as required to support the day-to-day running of the business.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times.

What We're Looking For Essential
