From coaching your team to delivering operational improvements, you’ll play a key role in meeting our quality standards, reducing waste, and helping us build a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Manage multiple production lines during your shift, making sure the right people and skills are in place.

  • Ensure a safe working environment and uphold high product quality standards.

  • Deliver against key operational measures such as waste reduction, productivity, and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with other Team Leaders to drive site-wide improvement initiatives.

What can you expect from Mars?

  • Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.
