You’ll serve as the main point of contact for guests, enhancing their stay while identifying opportunities to upsell services or experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
  • Provide local recommendations and enhance the guest experience with personal touches.
  • Identify and promote upsell opportunities such as early check-ins, late check-outs, upgrades, and local experiences.
  • Communicate with the cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure timely service and issue resolution.
  • Track guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Support check-in/check-out processes and ensure smooth guest transitions.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Comfortable using scheduling tools, messaging apps, and property management software.
  • Positive, proactive, and guest-focused attitude.

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate or salary (based on experience).
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Opportunity for growth within a fast-paced hospitality team.
  • Employee discounts and performance-based bonuses.
