Location: Ascot, Berkshire
Salary: £2,500–£2,800 per month
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Chef to join and lead our kitchen in Ascot. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for flavour, quality, and high kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute dishes using Grill and Tandoor techniques
  • Deliver high-quality Grill , Continental and English cuisine
  • Maintain exceptional taste, consistency, and presentation
  • Lead the kitchen team and manage daily operations
  • Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Maintain and improve food hygiene ratings
  • Take initiative to improve kitchen systems, workflow, and working conditions

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with Grill and Tandoor
  • Strong background in Continental & English cuisine
  • Proven ability to lead a kitchen

  • Must have the right to work in the UK
