Location: Ascot, Berkshire
Salary: £2,500–£2,800 per month

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Chef to join and lead our kitchen in Ascot. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for flavour, quality, and high kitchen standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute dishes using Grill and Tandoor techniques
- Deliver high-quality Grill , Continental and English cuisine
- Maintain exceptional taste, consistency, and presentation
- Lead the kitchen team and manage daily operations
- Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Maintain and improve food hygiene ratings
- Take initiative to improve kitchen systems, workflow, and working conditions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with Grill and Tandoor
- Strong background in Continental & English cuisine
- Proven ability to lead a kitchen
- Excellent understanding of food safety and cleanliness
- Highly organised, reliable, and professional
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- No visa sponsorship available
Salary & Benefits
