Warehouse Manager

LEDFlex Group was established in 2010 after identifying a gap in the market for a more comprehensive range of linear lighting products, and has now grown into a leading technology supplier. We design, develop and manufacture LED lighting solutions for the UK and International markets. At LEDFlex Group we continue to lead the way in performance, efficiency and ecological friendly exterior and interior projects. Just some of our highly acclaimed clients we have helped find their dream lighting include Harrods, Selfridges and most recently Disney.

Due to an exciting period of growth, we are seeking a Senior Warehouse Operative who can efficiently manage people, processes & systems.

Role Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, and shipping.
  • Manage and organise daily picking requirements to fulfil the requirements of the production schedule.
  • Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed.
  • Consistently maintaining a high level of accuracy on all company paperwork.
  • Develop and engage a team culture, driving a strong teamwork ethic.
  • Work closely with other departments in the business to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.

Experience / Skills

  • 3+ years experience in a warehouse lead role.
  • Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy.
  • Ability to operate forklifts effectively.
  • Continuous improvement mindset to improve processes.
  • Self-motivated, dependable and trustworthy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Benefits

  • Annual salary £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
  • 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
