Job Introduction
Regeneration Division is looking for a dynamic individual with a proven track record of driving cultural change and ready to make a difference from day one. The successful candidate will provide operational leadership for the Council’s Facilities Management (FM) function, overseeing the delivery of high‑quality FM services including planned and reactive maintenance, compliance, and minor works, while ensuring our business assets meet all legal and regulatory standards.
