Full job description

Are you a strong communicator with a passion for doing a great job? Do you have an eye for detail with an ability to analyse data?

If so, our Contract Support Officer role could be the role for you!

What you’ll be doing

As Contract Support Officer you’ll be responsible for providing effective technical operational support to the Property Safety M&E department, this will include working alongside our mechanical and electrical teams. Working with the team you’ll be supporting a “safety first” culture by working closely with Contract Managers and leaders to support the delivery and evidencing of a compliant servicing and maintenance regime.

You’ll take responsibility for operational processed and system management, making key day to day decisions. You will be great at building strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and these relationships will help coordinate the delivery of quality services whilst maintaining high levels of compliance performance.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need an understanding of Property Services/Safety or Asset Management related contracts. In addition to an awareness of KPIs and cost models.

You will see yourself as self-sufficient, able to roll your sleeves up and get the job done, knowing that you have team members around you for support and guidance when needed.

You will need to have the ability to interrogate, manipulate and interpret data and produce clear and accurate reporting based on a range of requirements, so previous experience working with and interpreting technical data is highly desirable. You’ll also be confident in your ability to spot inconsistencies and will use the resources you have available to check data when it might feel out of line.

This is a hybrid role, where you have the option to base yourself from home, when not working alongside the team. The team tend to see each other on a regular basis, (on average one day per week) working together in the Dorset Region

You may be required to travel for the role, this could be to attend training or meet with external contractors when there’s something new to learn. So, you’ll need to have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
