Full job description

The Maintenance Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Maintenance Manager and collaborating within a team to ensure the upkeep and repair of all College buildings and facilities.
The role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, from promptly addressing maintenance requests and repairs to conducting monitoring checks for maintenance needs and statutory compliance.
Flexibility and adaptability are essential qualities to meet the evolving priorities and needs of the maintenance department and the wider College community.
