About the Role & Team


Note the role will be onsite full-time in Wimbledon Bridge House and will be on a rota which requires working 2 weekends on and 2 weekends off per month and working hours of 945am - 6 pm.


The Sales Executive will drive the success of sales at Wimbledon Bridge House by achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires an understanding of the new build market, off plan sales process, ensuring the effective qualification of buyers and matching them to the right property at Wandsworth Common. Proactive management of the sales process, the role supports purchasers at every step, from initial inquiry to exchange.


The position also involves maintaining impeccable site standards, conducting market research, and contributing innovative ideas to support marketing and sales efforts.


This role is central to promoting sales at Wimbledon Bridge House, providing expert guidance, and maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality homes to meet the needs of a domestic and international customer base.


Key Responsibilities


  • Achieve sales targets at Wimbledon Bridge House and managing all sales to exchange.
  • Qualify and match prospective buyers to property types to maximize sales.
  • Proactively manage the sales process, ensuring timely and effective communication with purchasers.
  • Provide a professional, welcoming, and efficient service to all prospective purchasers.
  • Ensure show homes, marketing suites are maintained to the highest standard.
  • Conduct local market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about the local competition on the market and customer demographics buying in the area.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local area, amenities, and key selling points.
  • Manage site paperwork and administration, ensuring all records and reports are accurate and up to date.
  • Provide weekly management updates, including sales progress and market feedback, to the Development Sales Lead and Regional Sales Manager.
  • Maintain and manage the CRM database effectively to track customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including PMA, CML, H&S, Data Protection, and the New Homes Quality Code.
  • Work closely with internal colleagues, particularly the Development Sales Lead, Regional Sales Manager and Site team, to ensure a seamless sales process.

Key Skills & Experience:


  • Experience of working in a customer facing sales environment, for example, retail, hospitality, banking, house building, estate agency.
  • An understanding of the home buying process and key milestones.
  • Commercially astute with a good understanding of the market and competitors.
  • Understanding and acting upon customer needs to maintain company reputation.
  • Thrives on challenge, resilient and driven to achieve personal and organisational targets.
  • Able to remain calm and controlled under pressure.
  • Keeps up to date with new thinking including legislation, economic conditions and technology.
  • Communicates and negotiates persuasively- capable of influencing other assertively, building rapport with customers.
  • Embraces change and explores new ways of working to help the continuous growth of the sales operation.
  • Encourages and supports people in the team, sharing knowledge and best practice.
  • Able to build relationships across functions, internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication skills.
