We operate the UK’s ONLY flexible multi-temp, shared customer delivery logistics network. We buy, warehouse, pick and distribute the entire stock that goes into our customer’s stores across the UK, priding ourselves on quality of service.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Transport Administrator to play a key role in supporting our Transport operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy taking ownership of administrative tasks that keep things moving, this hands-on role is perfect for you.

  • Manage agency payroll and ensure accurate cost allocation in internal systems
  • Process SAP numbers for agencies and handle related queries promptly
  • Order and maintain essential supplies, including fuel, stationery, PPE, and operational materials
  • Update fuel prediction spreadsheets and record associated costs in the management system
  • Coordinate vehicle repair purchases, update costs, and provide SAP references
  • Complete weekly depot variance reports to support operational efficiency
  • Raise maintenance and electrical work requests as required
  • Act as the point of contact for fuel pump or AdBlue tank issues and arrange necessary repairs
  • Organise and place orders for training courses and support onboarding of new suppliers
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies, chase credit notes, and liaise with accounts for accurate processing
  • Any other Administration tasks as directed by Transport Manager

Hours of work:

09.30am -14.30pm Monday - Friday (25 hours per week)

Essential

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
  • Office and administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High degree of confidentiality, accuracy & effective communication skills

Desirable

  • Current knowledge of Transport legislation including tacho-graph and working hour’s regulations would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of SAP system
