Quantity Surveyor
We're working with a leading, internationally recognised consultancy that is delivering some of the most complex and high-profile infrastructure programmes in the UK and overseas. With a proven track record across rail, utilities, and large-scale civil engineering, the business is now looking to add an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to support the successful delivery of major projects.
This is an exciting stage of growth for the consultancy. Following recent appointments on multi-million-pound UK and international schemes - including landmark programmes in the Middle East - they're seeking a commercially aware professional with solid experience on infrastructure or utilities projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of pre- and post-contract commercial services on large UK civil engineering or construction projects
  • Assist with administering and/or auditing NEC4, NR, or FIDIC contracts
  • Work within project delivery teams, embedded in client organisations or as part of the consultancy's project teams
  • Provide clear and accurate evaluations, reports, and commercial recommendations
  • Contribute to business development activities and support colleagues across bids and project work
About You
  • Professionally qualified or working towards membership (APM, RICS, ICE, or equivalent)
  • Strong commercial experience within UK infrastructure projects
  • Good technical writing, communication, and client-facing skills
  • Organised, proactive, and eager to develop in a fast-paced environment
  • Eligible for UK Security Clearance
Why Join?
This is more than just another Quantity Surveyor role. It's an opportunity to join a consultancy that:
  • Invests heavily in training, professional development, and long-term career growth
  • Offers the chance to progress into senior positions and gain exposure to international projects
  • Provides opportunities to work on some of the world's most prestigious infrastructure schemes
  • Promotes an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative culture
Whether you're looking to take the next step in your career, broaden your experience across global assignments, or work in an environment that values ambition and innovation, this is an excellent opportunity to consider.
