If you enjoy working with large datasets, uncovering actionable insights, and supporting business decision-making with technical expertise, this could be the perfect role for you.

The Role

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the organisation’s data is accurate, accessible, and ready to inform strategic decisions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver reports, insights, and maintain robust data systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise data warehousing solutions to maintain data integrity and performance.
  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver accurate reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
  • Support ad hoc data requests and provide technical expertise for data-related projects.

About You

We are looking for a technically skilled, analytical professional who thrives on problem-solving and has a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data querying & manipulation.
  • Experience with data transformation, data wrangling, and cloud data warehousing.
  • Reporting, visualisation, and data modelling experience.
  • Exposure to advanced analytics and machine learning is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data access and ecosystems, with understanding of governance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or R is desirable.

Personal Attributes:

  • A natural problem solver, adaptable and resilient in a dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and excellence.
  • Self-motivated with confidence to manage your own workload.

What’s on Offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Hybrid working model for work-life balance.
  • 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off.
  • Private medical insurance, group life assurance, and wellbeing support.
  • Three paid days annually to support charitable or community projects.
  • Opportunities for ongoing training, professional development, mentorship, and career progression.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that values its people, supports professional growth, and leverages data to drive impact.
