About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Laser Therapist to join our clinic in Birmingham. If you have 2+ years of experience in advanced Laser Hair Removal treatments, this is an exciting opportunity to advance your career and earn competitive salary plus commission.

Job Title: Senior Laser Therapist
Location: Birmingham
Hours: Full-time/Part-time (4 days a week, 12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced Laser Hair Removal treatment
• Conduct consultations, provide treatment recommendations, and follow up with clients
• Upsell and cross-sell treatments and retail products to meet individual and clinic targets
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Adhere to clinic policies, protocols, and assist with staff training
• Drive patient retention and grow your client base
• Maintain professional, friendly communication with clients and team

What We’re Looking For:

• Beauty Therapy, NVQ LV 2,3 and 4
• Laser Core of Knowledge
• Experience in treating using Soprano machines will be a plus
• Phorest knowledge is preferred
• Confident in achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Availability to work full-time, including weekends
• Professional, polite, and tactful communication
