Are you confident, reliable, and great with people? Looking for a role that’s varied, hands-on, and gets you out on the road? At DSL Group, we’re looking for a Field Sales Representative to support our customers with merchandising, and account growth across the South West area.

DSL Group (Nottingham) Ltd is the UK’s leading supplier of impulse promotional products to forecourts, convenience stores, and independent retailers. We’re known for our fast-paced, customer-focused approach, and we’re expanding our field team to keep delivering high standards across the country.

The Role

This is not a high-pressure sales role. It’s a mix of relationship management, merchandising, and service-based sales. You’ll be the face of DSL for your region — building trust, solving problems, and ensuring our products look great in-store.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Visiting existing customers to check stock, rotate products, and collect returns
• Ensuring displays are clean, well-presented, and fully stocked
• Identifying gaps or opportunities to grow each account’s product range
• Building strong relationships with store owners and staff
• Managing your own route planning and reporting via tablet
• Maintaining high standards of service and representing DSL professionally

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role (field-based preferred)
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage your own day
• Basic IT skills – confident using a tablet and Microsoft Office
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer care
