Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Laboratory Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting scientific research, quality control, and compliance with regulatory standards such as FDA regulations. Duties

• Conduct precise analysis of samples using established laboratory techniques and equipment
• Maintain and operate Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) to record, track, and manage data accurately
• Perform routine quality control tests to ensure products meet specified standards and regulatory requirements
• Prepare detailed reports summarising findings and observations for review by senior staff
• Assist in the development and optimisation of analytical methods and procedures
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and laboratory best practices at all times
• Support inventory management by ordering supplies and maintaining laboratory cleanliness and organisation
• Collaborate with research teams to facilitate scientific investigations and data collection

Requirements

• Proven experience in a laboratory setting, ideally within scientific research or quality control environments
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data accurately
• Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) is highly desirable
• Knowledge of FDA regulations relevant to laboratory operations and product testing
• Proficiency in mathematical calculations pertinent to laboratory analyses
• Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Relevant educational background in science, chemistry, biology, or related fields is preferred
