We’re a warm, family-run company dedicated to creating nurturing environments where children can flourish — and we’re looking for someone special to join our team.
About the Role:
As a valued Early Years Educator, you’ll play a vital role in shaping children’s early learning experiences. Working closely with our supportive team, you’ll plan and deliver engaging activities, foster curiosity, and help children build strong foundations for their future.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive space where children feel happy, confident, and inspired.
- Planning exciting play-based learning opportunities tailored to individual needs and interests.
- Supporting children’s development across all areas of the EYFS framework.
- Building warm, trusting relationships with children and families.
- Working collaboratively with our family-driven team to bring fresh ideas and joy to each day.
What We’re Looking For:
- A level 3 Early Years Educator.
- A positive, enthusiastic team player with a nurturing approach.
- A creative thinker who loves sparking children’s imaginations.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and a genuine passion for child development.
Why Join Us?
- Be part of a company where you’re truly valued, not just a number.
- A friendly, supportive team that feels like family.
- Opportunities for professional development and growth.
- Competitive salary, staff perks, and a workplace where your ideas matter.
Benefits:
· Pension Scheme.
· Additional leave no weekends or bank holidays.
· Extra day off for your Birthday!
· Company events.
· Employee discount (after completion of probation).
· Employee mentoring programme.
· Paid day off to attend annual conference.
· In-house company recognition scheme.
· Staff wellbeing days with treats and appreciation.
· Potential for career development.
If you’re ready to make a real difference in children’s lives — while working in a family feel setting that celebrates your talents — we’d love to hear from you!
