We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting Vehicles efficiently and safely, ensuring timely deliveries across various locations. Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles, including beavertail 5.2T lorries with a Trailer, to deliver Vehicles to designated locations.
• Plan delivery routes to optimise efficiency and punctuality.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met.
• Load and unload Vehicles with care, ensuring items are secured properly during transit.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch teams.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies during every journey.
• Provide excellent customer service by representing the company professionally during deliveries.

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial driving and delivery roles, with a solid understanding of driving regulations.
• Strong driving skills, including experience with flatbed vehicles and Vehicle logistics.
• Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience operating a <PERSON> driver system or similar fleet management software is advantageous.
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as loading/unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
