Vivid Education is expanding its digital and technology provision to support London residents into growing digital careers. We deliver funded programmes that combine technical digital skills with employability, career planning and progression opportunities.
We are seeking an experienced Digital Skills & Digital Support Tutor to deliver:
- Highfield Level 2 Digital Skills for the Workplace
- NCFE Level 3 Certificate in Digital Support
- Employability and career development modules embedded within programme delivery
The successful candidate will inspire learners and help them develop the technical, personal and professional skills required for employment within the digital sector.
The Role
You will deliver engaging and practical training that develops learners' digital confidence, workplace readiness and technical support capabilities.
Delivery will include digital skills, digital support operations, networking, cloud services, cyber security, data management and career development.
Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery
Deliver training across topics including:
Level 2 Digital Skills
- Using devices and handling information
- Creating and editing digital content
- Digital communication
- Online transactions
- Online safety and cyber awareness
- Collaboration technologies
- Career development using technology
Level 3 Digital Support
- Working in the digital support sector
- Network infrastructure
- Cloud services

Assessment & Quality Assurance
- Assess learner portfolios against qualification standards.
- Produce and review learner evidence.
- Support Internal Quality Assurance activities.
- Maintain compliance with awarding organisation requirements.
- Monitor learner progress and achievement.
Learner Support
- Conduct diagnostics and skills assessments.
- Develop individual learning plans.
- Provide coaching and mentoring.
- Support progression into employment, apprenticeships and further study.
- Deliver inclusive and engaging learning experiences.
Qualifications & ExperienceEssential
- Teaching qualification (AET, CET, DET, PGCE or equivalent).
- Experience delivering digital skills, ICT, IT support or technology qualifications.
- Understanding of both Highfield and NCFE qualification frameworks.
- Experience delivering employability and career development.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Networking
- Cloud services
- Cyber security
- Data management
- Digital workplace technologies
- Experience of portfolio-based assessment.
- Excellent digital and presentation skills.
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
Desirable
- Assessor qualification (CAVA/A1).
- IQA qualification.
- Experience with GLA, AEB or Skills Bootcamp funded programmes.
- Industry certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, Azure or equivalent).
- Experience supporting unemployed adults into work.
