Occupational Health Nurse – Energy Sector (UK)

Location: Aberdeen / UK (with travel to client sites)

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time or Part Time

Salary: Competitive + benefits

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) to support our client base across the energy sector with both onshore and offshore operations within the UK. This role involves delivering occupational health services in safety-critical environments and supporting workforce health, regulatory compliance, and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver a full range of occupational health services to energy sector personnel

· Undertake health surveillance programmes (audiometry, spirometry, etc.)

· Conduct fitness for work assessments including pre-placement

· Support drug and alcohol testing programmes

· Maintain accurate clinical records in line with governance and GDPR

· Liaise with HR, HSE, and operational teams

· Deliver health promotion and wellbeing initiatives

Essential Requirements

· NMC Registered Nurse

· Occupational health experience in industrial or energy sector

· Experience in health surveillance and case management

· Full UK driving licence

· Strong IT skills and ability to work independently

Desirable Skills & Experience

· Experience supporting offshore or remote workforces

· Provide case management for sickness absence and return-to-work programmes

· Knowledge of OEUK and UK HSE standards

· Occupational Health qualification (Diploma/Degree)

· Experience with immunisations and travel health
