Unqualified/ Qualified Early Years Educator – Term Time Position
Basingstoke, up to 32.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Early Years Educator to join our welcoming nursery in Basingstoke.

This is a term-time only role, working Monday to Friday, 9am – 3:00pm.

The Role

We are looking for passionate Early Years Educators to play a vital role in shaping children’s early learning experiences. Working closely with our supportive team, you will help foster curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning in every child.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can thrive
• Planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences tailored to individual needs and interests
• Supporting children’s development across all areas of the EYFS framework
• Building strong, trusting relationships with children and their families
• Collaborating with colleagues to bring creativity, positivity, and fresh ideas into the setting

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Level 2 (or equivalent) Early Years qualification
• A positive, enthusiastic team player with a nurturing approach
• A creative individual who enjoys inspiring young minds
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and a genuine passion for child development
• Initiative to create engaging activities and tuff trays aligned with our enhanced curriculum
