About the job

We are recruiting a part-time or full-time Luxury Retail Assistant for our new Kiltane store in Manchester. We are looking for someone who is fully flexible to work on a rota of 7 days per week.

As a luxury retail assistant, you will join our team sharing a passion for Kiltane and striving to provide excellent customer service to all customers.

About you:

• Previous experience in a luxury retail environment (beneficial)
• Mandarin Speaker
• Able to work well with others & approach others easily
• Dedication to provide high standard of customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to prioritise and multitask well in a busy environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Processing payments and returns
• Ensuring the shop floor is fully stocked and well presented
• Accepting and cross-checking daily deliveries
• Maintain knowledge of all out products and textiles
