About the Role

We are looking for a creative and motivated Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice to support the development and execution of Trescal’s global communications and marketing strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on live campaigns that reach audiences across multiple countries and markets. You will collaborate with colleagues from around the world, helping to strengthen Trescal’s digital presence while developing your own marketing expertise.

Your work will directly contribute to business objectives, providing practical experience across a variety of communication and marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you will:

• Support the delivery of digital marketing strategies across social media platforms and company websites
• Create engaging content and visual assets for internal and external communications
• Assist with the planning, creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and produce reports using key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Help maintain and develop Trescal’s brand presence across digital channels
• Support marketing events and communication initiatives
• Work with stakeholders across different countries and departments to deliver marketing projects

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will be based in the UK while reporting to a line manager located in another country. Therefore, strong communication skills and confidence using remote collaboration tools are essential.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and other digital tools

• Ability to prioritise workloads effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create engaging content including presentations, emails, social media posts and marketing materials
• Basic design and creative skills, including creating visuals, layouts and video content
• Storytelling skills and the ability to adapt messages for different audiences

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills

Applicants must have:

• 5 GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent), including English and Maths
