Senior Sales Assistant/Keyholder

About the job

We are recruiting a full-time Keyholder for our Kiltane Store in Central Manchester. We are looking for someone who is available 5 days on a rota of 7 days per week.

As a keyholder, you will join our team sharing a passion for Kiltane and striving to provide excellent customer service to all customers.

About you:

• Previous experience in a luxury retail environment (beneficial)
• Able to work well with others & approach others easily
• Dedication to provide high standard of customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Daily cash-up
• Managing the opening and closing of the store
• Able to prioritise and multitask well in a busy environment
• Speaks Chinese or Korean (not essential, but beneficial)

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Processing payments and returns
• Ensuring the shop floor is fully stocked and well presented
• Accepting and cross-checking daily deliveries
• Maintain knowledge of all out products and textiles
