We’re expanding our day sales team and looking for outstanding, confident, motivated Outbound Sales Agents with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets whilst delivering an exceptional service to customers.

Based in our Sheffield City Centre contact centre, you’ll represent a portfolio of exciting health, wellness and lifestyle brands operating across the UK and US markets, speaking with customers who already know us — from previous buyers, subscription customers and warm leads who have shown previous interest in our products online.

This isn’t about reading from scripts.It’s about building real conversations, understanding customers, and delivering genuine value.

This is not an entry level sales role, we are looking for the best of best within sales across Sheffield. So, if you're an experienced, energetic, persuasive seller, who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, this role is the perfect next step in your sales career.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Making high-volume outbound calls to warm UK & US based customers
• Re-engaging past customers and building long-term relationships
• Understanding customer needs through great questioning, active listening and rapport building.
• Recommending the right products across our health & wellness brands to maximise upsell and cross-sell potentials and increase revenue and AOV.
• Managing your own pipeline and customer accounts through our CRM and have the autonomy to decide what you dial throughout the day to maximise your results.
• Achieving and exceeding personal and team sales targets to earn an incredible bonus from our uncapped structure.
• Sharing customer feedback and insights to help improve sales strategies

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2+ years of outbound phone-based sales experience
• Experience working with health, wellness or lifestyle products would be advantageous.
• Proven experience of hitting and exceeding challenging sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to deliver a high quality service
• Confidence selling without scripts
• The ability to handle objections and turn conversations into sales
• Effortlessly introduce cross-sells and upsells into your pitch
• Fluent, professional spoken English
• A resilient, motivated attitude — especially on challenging days
• Good CRM and computer skills for managing sales and customer data

What You’ll Get

• We offer a completely uncapped and competitive commission structure, with an OTE of £41,000 for hitting your minimum targets, but the potential to earn an uncapped amount for exceeding your targets.
• The OTE includes a basic salary + comission.
• You will be working on a rotational shift pattern between: 8:30am - 10:00pm - Monday to Sunday (Rota or Set Shift - to be discussed during screening)
