Job Overview
As a Maray restaurant server, you are the first point of contact and the face of our venue, guiding guests through their dining experience. Your core responsibility is to deliver exceptional guest service, this will include taking orders, making food and beverages recommendations, maintaining a tidy and presentable guest space and ensuring guests are cared for in accordance with our operating standards.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by following our order of service and going above and beyond to make every visit memorable.
- Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately, ensuring all dietary requirements and allergen procedures are followed.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation across the restaurant floor at all times.
- Demonstrate strong menu knowledge by confidently recommending dishes, specials, and pairings to enhance the guest experience.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide smooth, efficient service while upholding company standards for safety, compliance, and professionalism.
Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Applying skills and knowledge in a fast paced environment.
- Understanding of reservations systems, and EPOS, however full training will be given.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance in accordance with the restaurant’s uniform policy and an understanding of the physical requirements that may include standing for extended periods, lifting trays and performing repetitive tasks.
- Flexibility to work various types of shifts that will include weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
Pay: £12.81-£16.10 per hour
