West Indian Cuisine Chef

We are looking for a chef with previous experience cooking West Indian food, ideally Trinidadian style cuisine and with the skills and experience of making traditional roti by hand.

The candidate will be required to :

• Responsibly work along side our head chef and support the wider kitchen staff.
• Handle food prep and be competent with kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Cook all dishes from our menu to an exceptional standard
• Uphold high level of food safety and hygiene at all times.
• Roll out and cook fresh roti to the highest of standards.

We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience cooking Trinidadian food and able to roll out roti confidently. Someone who is reliable, organized and able to fit in with a team well.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
