Square Health are seeking to appoint remote working, dedicated and experienced Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner Supervisors to lead and support a team of practitioners delivering mental health wellbeing services at the low to moderate level. The successful candidates will play a vital role in overseeing clinical practice, ensuring high standards of care, and fostering professional development within the team. Qualification - Essential

• Qualification from PWP training Course - PGCert or Level 3 Undergraduate course.
• Registered PWP with BABCP.
• PWP Supervisor training course completed.

Skills & Abilities - Essential

• Strong understanding of low-intensity interventions.
• Ability to provide high quality clinical supervision.
• Excellent communication risk management and report writing skills.
• Ability to manage own time and support others with workload.
• Ability to work flexibly.

Experience - Essential

• Two years NHS Talking Therapies qualified experience.
• Experience of providing clinical and case management supervision to PWPs.

Rate of Pay - Competitive

Experience:

• post qualification: 2 years (required)
• Supervision of PWP's: 2 years (required)
