We are looking for a motivated Baker to support our bakery team. Working under the Seniors and Head Baker, you’ll help with daily production, maintain high standards, and ensure smooth operations in a busy kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with making and baking bread to company standards.
• Work closely with the bakery, kitchen, and front‑of‑house teams.
• Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
• Follow all Health & Safety, food hygiene, and fire procedures.
• Support the bakery team with additional tasks as needed.

Skills & Attributes

• Organised, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Able to problem‑solve effectively.

Shifts start from 4.30am, so early morning availability is a must!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.71-£13.21 per hour
